How many credits a call uses

It depends on tokens: the text you send, your questions and their options, and the short answers Jev returns. Longer text and more questions use more credits. Every response includes usage.credits, and your dashboard lists the credits each call used.

Questions

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.

What happens when I run out?

Calls return a 402 error until you buy more credits. You're never charged for more than your balance plus calls already in progress.

Are failed calls charged?

No. Only successful answers use credits.
